Milly's 6 Month Pictures

So I wanted to take Milly's pictures in the morning cuz I thought I would have good natural lighting... Wrong! I also thought she would be in a good mood and her Dad would be home to help me get her to smile... Wrong AGAIN! This is how they turned out. Enjoy! They turned out pretty funny if you ask me! I got ONE smile out of her! Oh well they are funny!

we made it! We are all moved in and almost settled. Well yes we're settled but it's taking some getting used to  our schedule up here! It's pretty hard I won't lie. Brady works from 11 in the morning till 10 or later everyday (monday-friday) and from 9 till 7 on saturdays. And most mornings he leaves before 11 because he has so much to do! (from appointments with clients or appointments with new sales reps) He's so busy and I, well WE are definitely not uses to Daddy being gone so much! Brady will be the first to admit that it has been alot harder for him to be gone then he ever expected! He misses little Milly so much. I am pretty sure he is missing me too but Milly is alot harder to spend alot of time away from! He is awesome tho. He has completely taken over the night and morning shift with Milly. WHAT A BLESSING!!!!!! for me. And he loves doing it cuz really thats the only time he gets to spend with her! We love sundays! The one day off a week! And he spends the whole day playing and feeding and rocking little Mil! We are so grateful for this job! And I am so grateful for Brady and how hard he is working! All his hard work is paying off too! He got 6 sales last week and already has 1 this week! I'm so thankful that we are living in SLC. My mom and I sat down yesterday and planned out when Milly will go to Nana's for a couple hours and when Nana will come and babysit Milly at our place! We have at least 1 day a week planned clear till the end of MAY!!! woohoo for mommy! I have learned a really important lesson in the last couple weeks. I AM A BETTER MOM WHEN I TAKE A LITTLE ALONE TIME FOR MYSELF!! :) I love Milly more then anything or anyone and being a mom is a hard job! Especially when your husband works long hours! So my mom, being the angel that she is, decided that when she has time off of work she is gonna help me. I wouldn't want to leave her anywhere else!
Milly turns 6 months old tomorrow! I am in shock at how fast that has gone by! I can't believe she is half of a year old! I will save the update on her for her 6 month post tomorrow! I am taking 6 month pictures of her tomorrow and I'm soo excited! :) Anyways we love being up in SLC right now! We are really missing our family in St. George but hopefully we will see some of them soon! (wink wink nudge nudge to all you hiatts!)

MIA

I have been M.I.A. the last couple of days because we have been CAMPING!! Yay!! This would be the first time the Brady and I have gone camping together since we got married! And of course little Milly came! We had such a good time! That we are taking our tent up to Salt Lake this summer so we can do more camping up there! Here are pictures from it all! warning there is ALOT!!

We had a great time camping! We stayed up at Gunlock right below the dam. It was a sweet spot and no one else was really close to us because we crossed over this river that had tons of big rocks in it, thanks to our trucks! Milly did soo good! Our tent was big enough to put her pack and play in it with our blow up mattress so that was sooo nice! It got pretty cold in the night so we pulled her into our sleeping bag! We ate like royalty, the boys BBQ wings and ribs and whitty and I made us some chicken tin foil dinners! It was soo good! And we drank all the Diet Dr Pepper we could! Roast mallows! It was soooo fun!
